We provide hair, skin, nail, makeup, and grooming services for women and men. Prices quoted by our team or displayed in promotional materials are indicative and may vary based on hair length, product choice, and service complexity. Final pricing is confirmed in the salon before the service begins.

3. Bookings and cancellations

• Appointments can be booked via WhatsApp, phone, or walk-in subject to availability.
• We recommend arriving 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
• If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us at least 4 hours in advance.
• Repeated no-shows may require advance payment for future bookings.

4. Payments and refunds

Payment is due after the service is completed. We accept cash, UPI, and other common in-salon payment methods. Any deposits paid for packages or special bookings are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once with prior notice.

5. Health and safety

Please inform our staff of any allergies, skin conditions, or medical concerns before a treatment. We follow professional hygiene standards but are not liable for reactions that were not disclosed in advance.
