We respect your privacy. This page explains how you can request the deletion of personal data that Let's Transform Unisex Salon has collected through Meta (Facebook/Instagram) lead forms, WhatsApp, phone calls, or in-salon visits.
How to request deletion
To request deletion of your data, send us a message with your name and the phone number you used when contacting us. You can reach us through any of the following channels:

What data we delete
Once your request is verified, we will delete or anonymize the personal information we hold about you, including:
- Name, phone number, and contact details submitted via Meta lead forms or WhatsApp.
- Lead-form responses such as service asked, gender, city, or profession.
- Marketing and follow-up notes associated with your contact.
We may retain anonymised records needed for accounting, tax, or legal compliance, but these will no longer identify you.
Verification
To protect your privacy, we may ask you to confirm the phone number or other details you used to interact with us. This helps us make sure we only delete data belonging to you.
Processing time
We will process your deletion request within 30 days of verification. Once complete, we will confirm the deletion via WhatsApp or phone call.
Meta/Facebook lead data
If you submitted your information through a Meta lead form (Facebook or Instagram), the same deletion request applies. We will remove your lead record from our salon systems. Please note that Meta also provides its own privacy tools in your Facebook account's Activity Log and Ad Preferences.
